课程的内容

本文介绍了不用分集水器,而是利用同程管路系统来连接"供热/供冷"面进行辐射供暖/供冷系统的设计方法。如果需要对每个"供热/供冷"面进行平衡调节,则可在管道上放置阀门来进行传统的流量调节。
本软件也可进行传统的双管并联设计,通过指定较大口径的"主管"来减小管路的压差。

模块和程序的配置

InstalSystem 5 包括下面的模块:

初始状态

建筑结构(楼层、房间)已定义,房间的省缺参数、水力分配系统和地面系统也已定义。可从项目案例表中下载初始的和最终的设计文件。

Load cataloues and set default data for the project

  1. Load catalogues required for the project.

  3. In section 供热/供冷系统计算/水力分配系统/假想的辐射系统连接 select: 允许系统无分集水器.

    • 默认的管材类型 i 管材绝热类型.
  5. In section 供热/供冷系统计算/辐射系统/地面系统 select:
    • 默认的系统/固定方式,
    • 默认的管材类型,
    • 铺管方式 (单管蛇形),
    • 回路最大压降,
    • 回填层,
    • 默认的表面装饰层,
    • Maximum permissible floor surface temperature
  6. In section 供热/供冷系统计算/辐射系统/盘卷 specify:
    • Max. pipe length in loop.

  1. Insert 供热/供冷区 components in the rooms.
  2. Specify orientation of 供热/供冷区 division along its short side.
  3. Divide 供热/供冷区 components in vertical/horizontal plane with regard to required expansion allowances.

    • coverage of heat demand in rooms,
    • messages about flow unbalance in circuits.
